IDBI Bank Assistant Manager Recruitment 2023 – Apply For 600 Vacancy

Age Limit: Candidate age must be between 21 to 30 years as on 01/01/2023 .

Age Relaxation: Category-wise age relaxation is as follows:

◾ SC /ST: 5 years

◾ OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years

◾ PWD: 10 years

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. of India OR any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. 

 

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Banks and financial service (including but not limited to Micro Finance Institutions/Non Banking Financial Companies/Cooperative Banks/ Regional Rural Banks/Fintech Companies) & Insurance Sector. Experience should be Full time & as a permanent employee (Experience below 06 months in any organization will not be reckoned).

Computer Proficiency: Operating and working knowledge of computer is mandatory i.e. candidates should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/Language/ should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/College/Institute.

◾ Others (Application fee + Intimation Charges): Rs. 1000/-

◾ SC/ ST/ PWD (Intimation Charges): Rs. 200/-

◾ Payment mode: Pay the fee through online by using Debit Cards (RuPay/ Visa/ MasterCard/ Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallet)

The selection process will comprise of Online Test followed by personal interview of the candidates, who have qualified in the online test. 

i) The applicants, who are successful in the On-line test, would be called for a personal interview.

ii) The selection process shall comprise of Online Test (OT), Document Verification (DV), Personal Interview (PI) and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT). Fitness of the candidates after PRMT would be based on the prevailing guidelines of the Bank.
